We accept returns on most items purchased from Safamark Store.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect or damage.

Furniture items that require assembly must not be disassembled or assembled before return. Safamark reserves the right to determine eligibility for return upon receipt of the product at our facilities. The conclusion will be notified to the user.

Return Process

Upon receiving the product, we advise customers to inspect it thoroughly. If any damage is observed, please proceed to request a return.

To request a return, customers can submit a support ticket through their user account on our website.
Once the return request is submitted and approved, customers will receive further instructions via the support ticket. This may include providing images or evidence of the damage.
It is advisable to initiate the return process promptly upon receiving the product to confirm any damage caused during shipping.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or damage.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for the return shipment.
Safamark is not liable for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

Inspection and Refunds

Exchanges and Store Credit

If you prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for future purchases.


Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Mattresses, bedding, and other hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
